Flash Designer/Developer

We are looking for a talented full-time Flash designer/developer to join our interactive team. We have a number of high profile, well designed projects that are ready to be handed off to a Flash powerhouse who can work with our design and technology teams to take the designs/ideas and produce dynamic Flash experiences with top-notch animations and well integrated dynamic video/audio/data content. Must have proven experience developing Flash solutions that combine Actionscript and frame-based development for rich full-featured experiences in commercial environments. If you fit this description and have a good eye for layout, typography and design, and a passion for Flash and growing your skills we want to hear from you. If you also have experience with custom written AS classes, OOP, XML, PHP, database development, XHTML, CSS or other development related technologies we really want to hear from you.

The success of this position will be measured by the quality of our interactive campaigns, ongoing Flash innovation and sharing of knowledge with other design and technology team members.
